Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

Refunds are accepted on unopened and unused goods within 14 days from the date of purchase upon receipt of the returned goods.

Return postage is paid for by RocketStopGames for any faulty products, however, if the product is unwanted then the return delivery charge is incurred by the customer.

Any items which have been opened or used; we are unfortunately unable to refund. 

Providing a return is completed within 14 days of original purchase according to the information above; a full refund will be offered. 

The customer has the right to cancel or amend any order placed prior to dispatch. After dispatch, the order cannot be cancelled or amended.
